Under the guidance of our Culinary Director, Simon Attridge, our skilled kitchen team designs a custom wine pairing menu that flawlessly complements the selected wines, enhancing each course from the starter through to the exquisite cheese selection.
Throughout the meal, you will be regaled with the rich histories, tasting profiles, and crafting processes of each wine, deepening your appreciation and enjoyment of the evening.

Join us at Claridge’s Restaurant for an unforgettable evening of fine dining and exceptional wines with Marie Zusslin of Domaine Valentin Zusslin, a prestigious Alsace winery with over three centuries of heritage. Indulge in a curated menu by Head Chef Edward Dutton, featuring exquisite dishes such as Roasted Foie Gras with Endive Tart and Quince, paired with rare Grand Cru Pfingstberg Rieslings, and Anjou Pigeon with Crapaudine Beetroot and Chocolate, complemented by Pinot Noir Bollenberg 2019.
